Does the AI vending machine cost anything?+
No. Installation, equipment, restocking and maintenance are provided at zero cost to your business. Employees pay for the items they purchase. We do have partnership plans for those interested in maintaining a machine in smaller offices, or in subsidizing the products to their employees.
What size company is a good fit?+
Locations with 75–500 employees or guests on-site are typically ideal. Smaller and larger sites can qualify depending on foot traffic or opt into a subsidizing plan. We confirm or propose plans during your free consultation.
What industries do you serve?+
Manufacturing, warehouses, distribution, corporate offices, medical offices, automotive, business parks, industrial facilities, technology and professional services are some of the examples of industries we serve.
How often do you restock?+
Based on your consumption — typically 1–2 times per week. Our system flags low inventory in real time so we restock before anything runs out.

Yes. Requests are collected on an ongoing basis and we adjust the mix to match your team's preferences.
How does AI checkout work?+
Our convenience store vending machines use advanced AI vision technology and smart cameras and sensors to identify the products and complete the purchase in seconds. Unlike traditional vending machines, which require customers to select and pay for items before dispensing, our machines allow you to pick up and evaluate items before you decide to buy them.
What if the machine breaks?+
This modern state-of-the-art machines are reliable and resilient and do not break as often as the traditional ones. However, if anything happens you call or text us and a local Southern California technician typically responds within days.
Do you provide healthy options?+
Yes. Every market includes fresh meals, protein snacks, low-sugar drinks and better-for-you options alongside traditional favorites.
Are there any contracts?+
No contracts are needed. We keep terms simple and flexible, and a simple agreement outlining our partnership will do. We'll walk through everything during your free consultation.
How long does installation take?+
Most installations are completed within a week of signing the agreement with no downtime for your team.
